Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LPC Lubbock Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our pool cleaning and maintenance services.

Services Provided

LPC Lubbock Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services to residential customers in Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Weekly and one-time pool cleaning
• Green pool treatment and algae removal
• Pool filter cleaning and replacement
• Pool equipment repairs
• Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
• Pool opening and closing services
• Pool inspection services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Scheduling and Access

When you schedule service with us, you agree to provide access to your pool area on the scheduled day. If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstacles, the service may be rescheduled and standard fees may apply. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to your pool equipment and surrounding areas. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is typically billed monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees. All prices are subject to change with notice. Any estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if additional work is required.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pool size, equipment, and any known issues
• Maintain proper water levels in your pool between service visits
• Inform us of any changes to pool equipment or access instructions
• Keep pets secured during service visits
• Notify us immediately if you notice any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns

Limitation of Liability

LPC Lubbock Pool Care will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, equipment failure due to age or wear, or issues resulting from improper prior maintenance by others. We carry liability insurance but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. You agree that your pool and surrounding property are in good condition and safe for our technicians to work on.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our guarantee covers workmanship and service quality but does not extend to equipment failures, chemical imbalances caused by external factors, or issues arising from customer actions between service visits.

Termination

Either party may terminate weekly service agreements with written notice. Customers with monthly contracts should provide at least 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if payment is not received, if access to the property is consistently unavailable, or if we determine that continuing service is not feasible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
